John-Geaneotes-3-225x338John Geaneotes brings over 25 years of experience as a management consultant to the Life Sciences, Distribution, Manufacturing and Financial Services industries. John has been involved in acquisitions and merger integrations, process improvements, strategic analysis, systems integrations, and productivity / efficiency improvements for fortune 1,000 clients.  Fortune 1,000 clients include; Merck, Cardinal Health, Johnson and Johnson, GSK, Stryker / Homedica, Covance, Regeneron, Catalent Pharmaceutical, PCI Packaging, DuPont, Engelhard,  Radian, TD Bank, GE Capital and American Water.

John previously worked at two Big Four Consulting Organization, KPMG LLP and Deloitte Consulting Strategy and Operations Group and earlier in his career John worked for GE Capital assisting with three acquisitions. John is an expert at developing complex Excel valuation models, business cases and performing detailed operational and financial due diligence.

John worked on a multi-year post merger integration program of a $5 billion dollar business unit of a health care distribution company which included a 30 site portfolio. As part of a team John was instrumental in financial modeling post integration improvements focusing on cost reductions by combining business areas such as Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance and optimizing Supply Chain networks.

John worked on an acquisition and merger turn around project for a $25 billion dollar  chemical company and managed pricing integration and value capture which focused on  margin erosions and value proposition of product portfolio within a newly formed business unit.

While at GE Capital John assisted the executive team with acquisition targeting, industry analysis, due diligence and financial modeling of three businesses over $50 million in size.

In 2010 John started his own consulting company and worked with TD Bank on the Commerce Bank post merger integration activities including integrating other newly acquired banks to TD Bank.

As a small business owner of a NJ based medical device sales and marketing company John has successfully developed sales and marketing strategies to enable growth while containing costs and achieving operational efficiencies.  John manages all aspects of operations, finance, human resources, sales and marketing.

John has an MBA from Temple University and a Bachelors of Science from Drexel University in Finance and Accounting.  John also has a Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from Villanova University. He resides in Southern NJ with his wife and two children.
