Macdonald Douglas Truck Leasing – Integrated a fragmented business with knowledgeable management that was pressured by an uninvolved parent focusing only on bottom line returns, reflecting poor customer service. Refocused the management by leveraging their transportation experience resulting in a profitable contributor for the Philadelphia region.
Leaseway Logistics – Acquired Company that was 4 times the size of the acquiring companies dedicated carrier business. We went from a $90 million business with limited geography and products to a full-blown national logistics provider. The new entity provided inbound and outbound, freight management, JIT service, dedicated carriage and 3rd party freight management. The company serviced North America with customers from automotive manufacturing to food distribution. Redesigned the field sales and operating organization. Reorganized the supply chain management and engineering solutions group by industry.
TLC Trailer leasing- Regional trailer Rental and Leasing company in Midwest. Lead the due diligence and integration into TIP . Absorbed the fleet into the TIP fleet, increased scale in 20% of TIP locations with significant improvement in Gross Profit.
Rollins Truck Leasing- lead field integration. Redeveloped the field management structure to accommodate a 36% growth in revenue and fleet size. Rationalized locations, fleet and personnel to meet new structure and growth objectives. Leveraged acquired key management and merged with existing management to retain and grow existing customers to provide additional service offerings.
