Jeff Shannon
Jeff comes from a successful career in the construction industry that spans over 25 years of experience working on projects up to $200 million in roles ranging from the job site to the executive level. In addition to his extensive construction experience, Jeff has earned the Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor designation (CM&AA) from the Association of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.
Jeff is a relationship builder with a strong track record in operations and business development who thrives interfacing between construction and engineering business owners and their financial and legal advisors. His experience includes infrastructure construction with specific experience in highways, ports, utilities, mass transit, military, and commercial projects. In his most recent role, he developed new business opportunities and advised shareholders and the executive team on business growth opportunities, new technologies, market trends and general operations. Other key experiences include advising and developing new methods to improve financial performance on key infrastructure projects as well as leading efforts on surety bond default completions.
Jeff volunteers in the US Navy Sea Cadet Corps youth program and currently serves as the Mason DDG87 Division Executive Officer. He is a four-time Marine Corps Marathon Finisher, most recently in 2021. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Marketing from Drexel University. He resides in the Philadelphia area with his family.
