David works with owners from the first conversation about their exit goals through closing. He was born and raised in Bethlehem and lives in Allentown.
Before joining BMI, he spent more than 20 years as a management consultant and CEO business coach to lower middle market companies. He founded Walton Consulting in 2001 and later served as a Principal and Senior Advisor with N2Growth.
He has advised close to 100 organizations in 50 industries on strategy, leadership, sales and marketing, and executive search. That experience helps owners prepare a business for sale and plan for management transition.

Tom is an M&A Master Intermediary (M&AMI) and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) who has worked on business sales and acquisitions throughout his career.
He brings more than 30 years of experience in management, manufacturing, distribution, and financial management, including acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures of up to $1 billion.
Tom is a board member and past President of the Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association. He holds an MBA from Villanova University and a finance degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
