David Olson

David Olson is an industrious member of the BMI team from initially engaging clients to understand their exit goals and desires, then coaching, driving and directing each deal toward a successful win-win close.  His Net Promoter Score with clients on closed deals is a perfect 10.  His success is due to his broad background with over 20 years of management consulting experience specializing in CEO Business Coaching to lower-middle market companies.  His focus was top-line growth and delivered services to business owners in strategic planning, retained executive search, corporate culture development, marketing and sales strategy, leadership development and project management.

Prior to joining BMI Mergers & Acquisitions, David was the President of Walton Consulting, Inc., a management consulting firm he founded in 2001, a co-founder of an HR SaaS startup, and a Principal & Senior Advisor with N2Growth.  David is a generalist having worked with close to 100 organizations in 50 industries providing expertise as a C-Level business advisor.  His prior experience is instrumental for his BMI clients as they prepare for sale and address management transition.

David was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of South Carolina.  He has been a regular teacher and speaker for various local businesses, universities and non-profit ministries, and a public speaker at national conferences.  He now resides in Allentown, PA.
